Cinema Today 2007, Cinema & Television Industry Expo
Asia’s First International Exhibition for the Complete Cinema & Television Industry Cinema Today 2007’ came to a grand conclusion on 18th Feb at Chennai Trade Centre, after 3 eventful days. Cinema Today proved to be a One Stop Solution for the Cinema & Television Industry.

The exhibition showcased products & services of 100 odd participants with participation from India, China, Singapore, USA, Germany, Holland, Hong Kong, Japan, Belgium etc representing the various segments such as Production , Post Production, Theatres / Studios, Animation, Special Effects, Lighting, Sound, Broadcast, Makeup, Cinema Publicity , Musical Instruments and Supporting services.

The trademark of Buysell to bring in visitors from every nook and corner was proved yet again with 30,000 visitors to the show from all over India, Srilanka, Singapore, Malaysia Europe etc.

Adlabs, Fujifilm, Anand Cine Service, Accel Animation, Pope Professional, Rinbo, Ilfords, GV Films Ltd sponsored various segments of the show.

Highligths of the show included :

• Live Demonstration of Special Effects Makeup by Makeup Artist from London brought by Kryolan Germany
• Helicam Demo by Room 5 in which a Digicam mounted on a Helipcopter capable of flying upto 500 mts evoked a tremendous response.

• Workshop / Seminar on Cinematography and a display of cameras used in the early stages of cinematography by South Indian Cinematographers Association (SICA)

The Exhibitors were overwhelmed with the turnout of quality visitors having clinched deals and having obtained many positive enquiries. By the end of the third day, it was clear that the show was a success in terms of its avowed aim of providing an access to the Global technology & services in the Industry.

Image Today 2006, Photo & Video Expo
The 4th Edition of the Photo & Video exhibition Image Today 2006 was held on 21, 22 & 23rd July at Chennai Trade Centre.

The exhibition showcased products & services of 150 participants from all over India and abroad. The show was supported by The All India Photographic Trade & Industry Association (AIPTIA). 30 thousand visitors from all parts of India and neighbouring countries visited the show on.

The Exhibitors were overwhelmed with the turnout of quality visitors having clinched deals and having obtained many positive enquiries. By the end of the third day, it was clear that the show was a tremendous success in terms of its avowed aim of providing a WIN-WIN situation for Exhibitors and visitors.

Sign Today 2006, Signage & Advertising Expo
Sign Today 2006 which happened at Pragati Maidan on 25, 26 and 27 March 2006 is becoming a Synonymous name for an exhibition for the Signage, Indoor & Outdoor Advertising Industry.

It is the third edition happening at the same venue covering an area of 4600 sq. mts. Buysell Interactions the organisers of this particular event have clearly mastered the formula to attract visitors in great volume, especially those who are considered as valuable & profitable by the exhibitors.

The exhibition witnessed the participation of leading players of the industry from all over India representing all leading brands. The highlight of this years event was an exclusive china pavilion with the Chinese exhibitors displaying their products and services to capture the booming Indian Market. The Exhibitors were overwhelmed with the turnout of quality visitors having clinched deals and having obtained many positive enquiries. Business visitors from all parts of India and from France, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Pakistan thronged the venue.

Image Today Colombo, Photo & Signage Exhibition
The Second Edition of ‘Image Today Colombo’ - Photo & Signage exhibition came to a grand conclusion on 13th November 2005 at Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), Colombo, Sri Lanka after 3 eventful days.

The exhibition showcased products & services of seventy odd participants. The trademark of Buysell to bring in visitors from every nook and corner was proved yet again with seventeen thousand visitors to the show not only from Colombo, but also from all over Sri Lanka.

Fuji Film – Hayleys Consumer - one of the largest Sri Lankan multinationals and the Golden Sponsor of Image Today Colombo for the second consecutive time had an impressive stall design interspersed by fashion shoots at regular intervals. Incidentally they were awarded the BEST STALL at Image Today. The 4 lucky winners of the coupon lucky draw were selected on the final day and gift hampers were sponsored by Fujifilm.

The highlight of this year’s exhibition was the Photography Workshop on ‘Digital Imaging & Lighting Techniques’ by Renown Adode Certified Expert from India Mr. Vishal Bhende on 12th November. There was a tremendous response from Professional and amateurs alike who were awarded Certificates of participation.

The Exhibitors were overwhelmed with the turnout of quality visitors having clinched deals and having obtained many positive enquiries. By the end of the third day, it was clear that the show was a great success. Standing proof is the 70% booking received for the next edition “ Image Today Colombo 2007” scheduled for 28 – 30th Sep 2007 at the same venue.
