BVCPL is a privately held company with a turnover of US$10 million (Rs.40 crores). Incorporated in the state of Maharashtra, Mumbai in 1996, Best Value Chem (P) Limited is engaged in manufacturing of Aroma Chemicals. Increased volumes and widened product range called for bigger and Sophisticated production facility & therefore in 2000, a new plant was commissioned at Karakhadi – 50 Kms from Vadodara, Gujarat. BVCPL’s increasing business leaded to another operational plant at Moxi – 30 Kms from at Vadodara a higher capacity plant to take care of the international clients. Today export Market covers around 80% of total BVCPL’s sales.
Vadodara, as a location offers immense potential for necessary resources like easy availability of feed material and qualified human resources. Furthermore, its access to the central effluent discharge facilities offered by local industries was an additional factor for selecting the location. |
