Simple machine that's easy to set-up and operate friendly, which is very flexible and portable can make a easy and rapid format change. Machine is ideal for book case, loose leaf, Box files, Table Top Calendars, binders and etc.

The gluing rollers are made of stainless steel for rust free and long life. Special regulation knobs are given for fine adjustment of the glue thickness, on any kind of materials. The performance of the machine is many times greater than that which could be done by brush. Both adhesives like cold glue and hot glue can be done.

The single turning unit is very flexible to work different kinds of materials which ensure a tight comer wrap. After board fixing, the case should insert manually in to the turning-in unit for the first tum and other three sides.

The calendaring unit is to press the case after the turning-in, the rollers are provided with adjustment knobs which can be adjust according the thickness of the case to avoid air bubbles, now the case is ready to use.
