Designed to apply pre-folded literature details to bottles, CVC 320 Labeler & side outserter integrates labeling and outserting stations within one single frame.

Like all CVC Labeling machines it features SelfSet function. The operator just has to place one bottle on the conveyor and the machine will calculate all parameters automatically.

It has dual tracks of leaflet loader that enable  automatic switch when one track runs empty. It is equipped with Nordson hot melt glue applicator, tank capacity is 4 litre.

 Machine speed is automatically synchronized with conveyor to ensure quality.

 

 

 

The CVC Shrink Wrapping machine is suitable to wrap small and medium size products with an output up to 15 packs per minute (2 x 4 = 8 bottles per pack), while the output can also reach 12 packs per minute (4 x 6 = 24 bottles per pack).

For the Front and Back Labeler speed of both heads is automatically synchronized with conveyor speed to ensure quality labeling.

 

Horizontal positioning screws for labeling heads, alignment belts and separators are quickly self centering and adjustable from either side of the machine. Push&Press attachment ensures smooth labeling onto round surfaces without label wrinkles or bubbles. The labelling head can also be Angle Adjusted to conform the label surface to tapered or angled container shapes.

The Front and back labeller can do 250 bottles per minute or 220 bottles per minute with Hot Stamper It takes less than 10 minutes to change from WRAP to FRONT and BACK
