Inline Resistance Annealer for Intermediate Wire
The In Line Resistance Annealer offered by us in the global markets is a system that is not directly connected to the wire drawing machine. These latest and advanced machines are very efficient and are used in many wire and cable industries for annealing bare copper wires. In these machines, the drawn wire is taken up from a pay off spooler instead directly from the wire drawing machine. This wire is then passed through an annealer and winded on the take up spool situated at the other end of this machinery.

Offline Annealer For Fine Wire Sizes
We also specialize in manufacturing and exporting Offline annealer machine. As its name suggests, it is suitable for annealing many strands of copper wire in a single process. Our machinery is built with extreme technical and quality control processes to ensure high performance from them. This machine also involves an off line annealing process. This machine is capable of annealing 24 spools of wire at a time that assists in saving cost, resources and most importantly the precious time.
The spools fitted in the take up stands of these machinery are either driven together by group drive motors or through a individual torque motor dedicated to drive each of the 24 spools. Each spool can hold the maximum weight of 30 kgs. These annealer's offers many advantages that are :

Induction PreHeater For Fine Wire
The induction preheater offered by Cab Device Industries is used to heat copper and aluminium wires of different thicknesses, on extrusion lines. The pre heating of various wires into this machinery ensures removal of moisture from conductor and avoids breakage and shrinkage of wire coatings. It is an in line machinery which means it is directly connected to the wire drawing machinery. It operates on the principle of electrical inductive resistance heating. These machines are created from highly precise manufacturing processes to ensure maximum performance, high speed, low wastage and cost efficiency. The contact type pre heaters can produce wires of 0.4mm to 6.00 mm diameter with flexibility up to 16 mm diameter. Whereas, the non contact type model can produce power cable conductor up to 300 sq. mm.

Sequential Marking Machine
The sequential marking machine is offered by us on the global market fronts. These machines are used for marking information such asmeter marking and cable specifications on to the PVC sheathed cables. Hot pigment tape is used in these machines for marking cables in a sequential manner. These are also used for printing various specifications on the sheathed cables. The meter head of this machinery is of four numerical digits with a letter size of 3.5 H x 3 w and 5.0 H x 3 W mm or as per the customer's requirements. It can hold the cable of 8mm to 100mm diameter or flat cables.
