| Temperature Indicating Sticks We offer our clients a useful range of simple, easy and cost effective temperature indicating sticks. These ball pen type, easy to fit in shirt pocket, environment friendly temperature sticks are used in production shops for quick quality control within accurate to +/- 1% of the rated temperature. Temperature sticks are temperature indicating crayon sticks or temperature sticks that are available from 500o C to 12000o C with a broad range of selections. Temperature sticks replace electronic instruments and avoid errors of measurements. These certified temperature indicating sticks do not require any calibrations.
Temperature indicating sticks are highly popular for quality control checks during welding preheating, welding assemblies, bearing housing, automobile, motor engine temperature. On a typical engine, the marked temperature stick of low temperature should not melt. If it does, the engine is running too hot. Just mark temperature stick on the surface that needs to be test. Quickly melted marking and liquid smear indicate results. Irreversible color-changing temperature crayon test also indicates test performed by operator in the next stages.
Temperature indicating sticks are free from lead, sulfur, mercury, cadmium, poly-brominated biphenyls (PBB) or polybrominated biphenyl ethers (PBDE) and hexavalent chromium (European RoHS banned substances).

Inspection Mirror Inspection mirrors are known for their seemingly limitless uses both around the home and in the shop. For instance, an inspection mirror can be used to check behind an armoire for lost keys or beneath an engine block for a missing bolt. Inspection Mirrors are popular for welding inspection as they gives precise information about weld. Inspection Mirrors come in a variety of sizes and lengths, and feature dual ball-and-socket joints for infinite angle adjustments of the mirror. Inspection mirror has telescopic extension to reach up to 16”. | Model | Description | | SIM | 3-1/2" x 2" Rectangular Telescoping Inspection Mirror | | RIM | 13/4” dia Round Telescoping Inspection Mirror

Temperature Indicating Labels A simple, cost effective and accurate temperature measurement/monitor can be made using irreversible Temperature Indicating Strips/Labels. These labels are also popularly called as temperature sensor labels, shelf adhesive temperature strips/ labels / decals etc. To monitor the surface temperature, the required temperature strip/label should be affixed on the surface of the object. A white crystalline solid, sealed under heat resistant transparent window, changes from WHITE color to RED or GREEN or BLACK color (depending on the user requirement) once surface of the object attains to the rated temperature of the circle. We offer various types of “Irreversible Temperature Labels” to our clients.
| HI LO Welding Gauge Hi Lo Welding Gauge measures internal alignment of pipe after fit-up / alignment and cuts radiographic rejects. It also measures internal misalignment of pipe before and after tacking. Our range of gauge reads in standard one side and metric on the opposite side.
Other Features: - Changes from standard to metric, simply remove gauge body, turn scales over and replace body
- Measure internal misalignment before welding
- Measure fit-up gap of welding
- Measure bevel on end preparation
- Measure the crown height of welds
- Measure fillet weld size
- Measure scribe line, socket welds
- Measure scribe line, socket welds

Single Purpose HI-LO Welding Gage Our customers can check the internal alignment of your fit-up quickly with the Single Purpose HI-LO Welding Gauge. These are high quality products manufactured using high grade components. It is used in diverse operations across industries. 4 quick steps check internal alignment - Unlock the retaining screw. Press the gauge legs beyond the barrel.
- Insert the legs (wires) into the root gap space or the two pieces of pipe to be fitted. Turn the gauge 90°, being careful to apply a constant back pressure to the barrel.
- Hold the gauge as square as possible with the fitting to obtain an accurate reading. Lock the retaining screw. Reverse the 90° turn and remove the gauge. You are now ready to read the increment opposite the red line.
- When the red line aligns with the 1/32 increment line you have a good internal alignment and fit-up. Misalignment can be determined from the zero line by increment markings of 1/16 inch.

| Bridge Cam Gauge
The Bridge Cam Gauge that we offer is manufactured using high grade raw material obtained from reputed vendors. These are known for their accuracy and longer service life. The following measurements are possible either in inches or millimeters by the use of this gauge: - Angle of preparation, 0° to 60°
- Excess weld metal (capping size)
- Depth of undercut
- Depth of pitting
- Fillet weld throat size
- Fillet weld length
- Misalignment (high-low)

V-Wac Gauge Quickly determines if fillet welds meet NRC Visual Weld Acceptance Criteria for Structural Weldments The V-WAC™ Gage easily and quickly checks the four essential measurements required for compliance with the NRC Visual Weld Acceptance Criteria. Checks undercut depth, porosity comparison, amount of porosity per linear inch and crown height. An essential and recommonded welding inspection gauges GAL Gage Co. manufactured V-WAC™ Gage can be purchased separately or as part of a complete set of seven fillet weld gauges that determine if your welds conform to specifications.
| Automatic Weld Size Gauge With the new improved Automatic Weld Size Gauge, it is possible to meet specifications of butt and fillet type welds. This newly designed instrument is pocket sized and easy to operate and is fitted with thumb screw which replaces old hard to operate rivet type. Diagrams at left illustrate the ease with which welders and inspectors may accurately check sizes of convex or concave fillets as well as butt weld reinforcements.
The convexity and concavity sizes have automatically been predetermined in accordance with American Welding Society D1.1Paragraph 3.6. GAL Welding Inspection Gauge is precision built of stainless steel with dimensional readings chemically etched and filled for easier reading. These high performance welding inspection gauges are highly popular and recommended by welding inspectors.
