Canara Hydraulics is well equipped with all modern facilities and machineries required in the manufacturing process of Hydraulic Cylinders and systems.

We have the advanced manufacturing facilities which facilitate us in offering wide range of Cylinders and Systems for all types of hydraulic equipments and hydraulic machines. We have excellent manufacturing facilities for honing and other machining operations and all necessary inspection and testing instruments.

We have a set of Honing machines of different capacities from dia. 40 mm to dia. 500 mm and for length up to 4500 mm. Having range of CNC machines for finishing operations of all types of end covers Pistons and all precision components with which we are able to achieve repeatative performance and better interchangeability.

Long Components like tubes and piston rods are also turned in CNC machines of dia. 250 mm and length of 1500 and 3000 mm long between centres. We have MMAW, Co2 and Pb welding facilities and the process are qualified for ‘X’ Ray / ‘UT’ tests.

Our manufacturing units are constantly upgraded with the latest technological advancements emphasizing efficient inventory management and cost control.

We are empowered with a highly qualified, experienced and dedicated team of engineers in Marketing, Design, Quality Assurance and also in Production Planning and Control, who always endeavor to provide complete satisfaction to customers in terms of quality, Price and timely delivery.

All our machines are periodically checked by our Quality department professionals to ensure faultless and trouble free operations of the components. We test 100%, all our hydraulic products, to its maximum working pressure and as per our standard testing procedure.
