Spaceframes are three dimensional array of elements which is very attractive, eye catching and structurally sound to resist the loads applied at any point in any direction.Spaceframe have a built in reserve strength enabling the structure to take local overloading.Due to the inherent stiffness of spaceframes,their deflection is considerably less. Long cantilevers are made possible increasing roof area even with smaller ground area for columns.There is virtually no limit to the shapes and spans that are possible.Spaceframe provides an architecturally pleasing appearance and they can be easily installed and dismantled.Spaceframe is a combination of pipe and ball joints connected using anchor bolts,support bars ,cones and collars. Ball is chamfered and machined by using EN-8 or stainless steel solid rod. Normally M10 ,M12 and M16 bolts are used with collars 19 Hex and 20 Hex. Diameter of pipes may vary from 25 mm upto 90 mm.

Sports facilities, exhibition centers, passenger terminals, malls, assembly areas, production facilities and many other buildings require distinctive structures to cover great expanses of space free of intermediate supports. Spaceframes designed by us are either ball jointed or with discross nodes. Pipes, balls, cones and collars will be powder-coated or painted as per the site conditions.

Spacetruss are three dimensional frame works consisting of pin connected bars. They are characterized by hinged joints with no moments. All members carry only axial compression or tension.
A spacetruss can be formed by two or three layers of grids. A double layer grid consist of two plane grids forming the top and bottom layers, parallel to each other and interconnected by vertical and diagonal members.
A spacetruss is a combination of prefabricated tetrahedral, octahedral or skeleton pyramids or inverted pyramids having triangular, square or hexagonal basis with top and bottom members normally not lying in the same vertical plane.Double layer flat grid truss, having greater rigidity allow greater flexibility in layout and permit changes in the positioning of columns. Its high rigidity ensures that the deflections of the structures are within limits.They are usually built from simple prefabricated units of standard shape. Due to its high indeterminacy, buckling of any member under any concentrated load may not lead to the collapse of the entire structure.

They are light, structurally efficient and use materials optimally. It can be designed in such a way that the total weight comes between 15 to 20kg/m2
It can be built up from simple, prefabricated units of standard size and shape. Hence they can be mass-produced in the factory, can be easily and rapidly assembled at site using semi-skilled labour.
The small size components simplify the handling, transportation and erection.
They are an elegant and economical means of covering large column free spaces.
They allow great flexibility in designing layout and positioning of end supports.
Services such as lighting, air conditioning etc., can be integrated with space structures.
The use of complicated and expensive temporary supports during erection are eliminated.
They posses great rigidity and stiffness for a given span/depth ratio and hence are able to resist large concentrated and unsymmetrical loading. Local overloading can be taken care by built-in reserve strength. They do not collapse locally.

Due to their high impact strength and UV properties, skylights are very durable and long lasting.Skylight is a combination of mild steel rectangular or square tubular sections known as purlins over which polycarbonate multiwall sheets of 4 mm ,6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm or compact sheets of 2mm , 3 mm and 4 mm are fixed. Sheets are not directly screwed to the purlins, instead they are connected by using aluminium extrusions , rubber beadings and silicon sealants.

Skylights glazing options include shape alternatives such as domed, pyramidal, square to round, round, hexagonal and triangular. Skylights are available in clear, tint or opal hi impact acrylic or polycarbonate. Flat glazing in laminated safety glass, double-glazing or twin wall polycarbonate
is also available.

Adjustable Telescopic Steel Prop is manufactured out of 40 NB and 50 NB 'B' class ERW tubes conforming to IS 1161 grade YST 22 , with malleable cast iron nut. Light weight spans manufactured out of 14 SWG tested quality H.R sheet , 40x40x5 mm 'T' angle, 6 mm thick M.S Flat, 10 M.S Rounds etc. Floor forms and adjusters manufactured out of 14 SWG,tested quality H.R sheets. Telescopic props provide the ideal and the most economical method of support for all kinds of formwork.They are also invaluable for a wide variety of applications in general building construction and repair work.Scaffolding materials used by us is the tubular scaffold popularly known as the GPS and H-frame system.It is capable of executing scaffolding and formwork jobs on a turnkey basis including carpentry work for slabs, walls,beams and columns . GPS units are made of two verticals of 48.3 mm OD tube with sockets of 60.3 mm OD tube at the bottom.It is fitted with C clamp and accessories. H frames are made out of 48.3 mm medium ERW tubes confirming IS 1161 Grade with two verticals and two horizontals interconnected by cross bracing.We manufacture all standard modular items of Formwork such as Props, Spans, Floor Centers, Floor Forms, Wall Forms, Channel soldiers, Accessories and Concrete Hardware etc.
