Safety Relief Valve Our safety relief valve is fitted in vessels to prevent an undue rise in pressure. Whenever the vacuum is build, the safety relief valve gets actuated and there is a rapid opening or pop up action to release the pressure. Pressure Reducing Valve CAPRO Self-actuating, Internally pilot & piston operated, Globe type, Full lift, Spring & diaphragm actuated, Pressure reducing/regulating valve, also known as Down-Stream Pressure Control Valve.

Pressure Rating : Class 150 & 300 Feature & Benefits - CAPRO internally pilot & piston operated pressure reducing valves are very compact in design & versatile type for accurate regulation with the widest possible range of flow
- The full lift type main valve assembly & Globe type body design is capable of delivering very high flow rates with greater accuracy
- The internally pilot controlled pressure reducing valves are best suitable for use in continuous distribution application
- The constant outlet pressure (Down stream pressure) is accurately maintained right up to maximum rated discharge capacity of the valve and is unaffected by changes in inlet pressure or flow rate
- A positive tight shut off ensured by accurate guiding of the pilot & the main valve assembly
Application - The CAPRO Pressure regulator is assembled with stainless steel trims to use for Steam, Air & Gas applications for low and medium pressure range
- The Non Metallic (Teflon/Elastomer) trims are provided to ensure tight shut off (class VI Leakage) for air & gas application, where as, Stallited Stainless steel trims are provided for High pressure and Temperature steam service

Breather Valve Our ranges of breather valves are designed to prevent losses, by controlling the evaporation of volatile liquid from the sponge tanks. Further, they allow breathing when the pressure in the tanks exceeds a pre-defined value. Used in diverse industries like petroleum, chemical and general process industries, our range of breather valves are available with the following specifications:
Sizes: 50, 80, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 500 mm
Setting: All size, minimum press. mm wg 25, max. press mm wg 350, 100, max. vac. mm wg 25, max. vac. mm wg 200, 40
Body material: Cast aluminum alloy C.I. or other materials to suit application on request
Pallet & Seal: Anodise aluminum is standered. S.S. 304 or 316 optional.
Leakage: Breather valve with resilient seating will have a maximum leakage of 45 nlph at 90% set pressure. Metal to metal seats will have a slight higher leakage rate. |
