We provide high pressure vessels. These high pressure vessels are made as per pressure vessel codes IS 2825 or ASME sec. VIII, under third party inspection. At our works, we have full facility to fabricate and test the pressure vessel . We carry out pressure test and load test. Outside agencies are engaged for radiography tests. Pressure vessel are made in different MOC like B.Q. Plates, 515 or 516 grade, 70 different grades of S.S., etc. Stirring assemblies for pressure vessel are made with precision work with specially designed stuffing box with leak proof arrengment. Also available with mechanical seal. We have made agitated process pressure vessels upto 15kl capacity working at 40 kg /cm2 Pressure.

Tray Dryer

Our tray dryer is designed for uniform circulation of hot air in the drying chamber in electrical, steam and oil heating mode. The inside surface is painted with heat resistant aluminum paint and the outside surface with synthetic enamel. CGMP models with SS 316 Construction, Single page design, coving coroners, fully washable type models available. Inside of the dryer. If consists of Starters, contactors, safety relays, ckt breakers, indicating lamps, push buttons, timers, controllers etc.

Construction:

External Tray Dryer: 2mm Thick, Internal: 2mm Thick moc: stainless steel & m.s.

Surface Finish:
External Tray Dryer: Buffed to 150 grit matt finish Internal Tray Dryer: Buffed to 220 grit mirror finish.

Inlet & Outlet:
All Tray dryers have a 5 micron pre filter at the inlet and a manually infinite adjustable damper at the outlet.

Door:
Doors at provided at the front and / or rear side of the dryer. Door lips are lined with silicon rubber gasket to prevent any leakages. Suitable locking is provided for the doors of Tray dryer.

Air Circulation:
Air circulation is done by specially designed recirculation blowers inside the Tray dryer. The blower capacity, static & design depends on the size and model of dryer.

Heating:
Dryers are normally supplied with either steam, electric,  Thermic fluid, hot water heating system. Suitable heating coils and radiators.

 

Temperature Control:
Temp control system is done by electronic digital temp controller fitted in the control panel. The temp control in the dryer is fully automatic.

Trays:
Trays are available in S.S. 304/ 316 q. All trays are fully die pressed and with coved corners. Trays are buffed to mirror finish. Trays are also available in Aluminum, Polypropylene,  FRP, Galvanized M.S, as per clients requirements.

Trolley:
Trolley is provided in the tray dryers to accommodate trays in it. Trolley trucks are used to load and unload the trays into the dryer.

Control Panel:
Automatic Control panel is fitted on the side of the dryer. If consists of Starters, contactors, safety relays, ckt breakers, indicating lamps, push buttons , timers, controllers etc.

Agitated Nutsche Filter & Dryer

The Agitated Nutsche filter/ dryer gives excellent separating qualities with good medium filtration products, optimum filtration times and, if used only for filtration application, gives lowest residual moisture in the cake when compared with other similar systems.

 

Agitated Nutsche Filter is a closed vessel designed to separate solid and liquid by filtration under pressure or vacuum. The closed system ensures odorless contamination free and non-polluting working conditions maintaining product purity and hygiene. Agitated Nutsche Filters are extensively used in chemical, herbal, pharma, agro chemical and the food industry.


The Agitated Nutsche Filter consists of a cylindrical shell with top dished and welded flat bottom. The base plate is stiffened by supports welded under the base plate. The base plate is having arrangement of bolting bar to hold the filter cloth. Suitable support mesh is provided under filter cloth to facilitate the flow of filtrate. Suitable nozzles are provided including Manhole and Side discharge nozzle.  Solid bar is used for Agitator shaft and solid plate for blades made in especially “S” type curved to take high torque generated during solid discharge and re-slurring operation.

Filtering Operation:

  • Slurry is charges to gravity or pump vacuum is applied in bottle section through filter receiver

  • Filtrate is collected through the filter bed & collected in Receiver, located below the lower compartment of filter & cake layer begin to form slowly on filter plate.

  • After 1st filtration is over, cake shall have almost 10 to 30% moisture

  • After 1st stage filtration, wet cake can be reslurried & spray washed by rotation agitator in clockwise & anticlockwise direction with up & down movement of agitator.

  • Cake is further pressed & Squeezed by rotating agitator in up & down motion to minimize liquid content in wet cake. Cake is discharged through Discharge nozzle by rotating agitator in reverse direction.

Drying Operation:

  • For maximum recovery of liquid & drying vacuum is applied on top chamber & cake is heated by applying hot water and steam to form solvent vapours, which is turn is condensed in the condenser & collected in receiver.

  • Cake is finally discharged automatically by vertical & reverse rotary movement of agitator.

Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer

Rotary vacuum paddle dryers we manufacture, offers clean, simple & effective method of drying wet cake, powder & even slurry. The operation is under vacuum & hence it is possible to dry heat sensitive materials at temperature well below 100c without suffering the problems associated with very long drying periods.

 

Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryers or Paddle Dryers are used to obtain dry powder from wet cake or solutions. The drying is a batch process and often carried out under vacuum. The efficiency is very high and the operating costs are low compared to other types of dryers. The product is heated through jacket from outside and . The heating is by steam or hot liquid. The Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer is adequately designed to counter stresses developed by vacuum and temperature variations prevailing in the various heated parts.

 

The Paddle Dryer is also used for:

  • Low temperature drying

  • Reaction

  • Recovery of solvents
