EDIBLE ACID CASEIN :- Edible acid casein is a low fat milk protein, free of the carbohydrate, has a good flavour profile and excellent nutritional properties making it ideal for medical and nutritional applications. It is used in coffee whiteners, infant formulas, processed cheese and for use in pharmaceutical industries.
TECHNICAL ACID CASEIN: Technical acid casein have good binding properties and are used for the manufacture of paper coatings, adhesives, paints, concrete, textile fabrics and cosmetics.
SODIUM CASEINATE: Sodium caseinate is a spray dried high quality milk protein for use in a variety of food and pharmaceutical applications where binding and emulsification properties are important.
CALCIUM CASEINATE: Calcium caseinate is a protein that neutralizes capsaicin, the active (hot) ingredient of peppers, jalapeņos, habaneros, and other chilli peppers. It is also used as a dietary supplement by bodybuilders and other athletes, who ingest it before bed, or with breakfast, instead of after working out, as it breaks down at a slower rate than whey protein, thus supplying the body with a sustained protein release. It is synthesized from dried skim milk, and is very high in Glutamic Acid.

Casein is the most widely used adhesive type and when used on modern labelling machines, guarantees trouble-free, continuous economical operation even at the highest speeds.
Casein In Paint IndustryCasein can be painted on a variety of surfaces including wood and plaster.Whichever surface used,it must be a rigid one as casein is to brittle to paint on a flexible surface (such as canvas). Casein is also an emulsifier, this allows you to "combine oil and water". There are two methods of using casein. In combination with pigments. Lime Casein and Borax Casein of the two, the borax casein is easier to use and suitable as an artist grade pigment binder. It is used to make such paints that are commonly known as distemper colours, but can also be used to make larger quantities of paint for interior wall paint applications.
Casein In Wood IndustryCasein glue is one of the older woodworking glues and is still popularly used. When mixed with water and alkali it forms a glue of moderately high dry strength and moderate resistance to water, damp atmospehres and intermediate temperatures. Casein is generally applied and pressed at room temperature.
