What is Die Casting ? The die casting is a manufacturing process, which is used for producing engineered metal parts by injecting molten metal under high pressure into reusable hardened steel molds called dies. These molds or dies can be designed to produce simple or complex shaped parts with smooth or textured surfaces and with utmost level of accuracy & repeatability. Close tolerances, hardness, machinability and plateablity are a few major advantages of die cast parts.
