Our Quality Policy
We are committed to set the highest level of standard in quality productions. We always strive to manufacture the best quality aluminum cast & machined components not only by using the right kind of raw materials but also by using quality management principles in all processes and continuously improving the same. Ensuring safety principles for our staff & workforce is one of our prime objectives. We firmly believe that the customer satisfaction can be achieved by offering qualitative products and services, through the right channels and ensuring customer data & other confidential information secrecy. We intend to not only satisfy our customer but also delight them through our commitment to the product quality and on-time delivery.

 Our Quality Assurance Quality is the driving force for our organization, accentuating on which, we have capable of witnessing a thumping success in the global marketplace. With the aim to upkeep the quality of our aluminum cast and machined components, we have established a Quality Control & Assurance (QC&A) Division, which is efficiently monitored by expert quality personnel. This division maintains complete Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP ) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents & control for each and every Component and Process.
Our quality personnel gather, process, file and place quality control data at clients' disposal. Client feedback is recorded and improvement suggestions are executed. All the products have inspection reports & test certificates to avoid any defects.
We regularly implement a well-maintained process for the fabrication of our products, which also comprises the monitoring, measuring and analysis of all the processes responsible for quality of product. Right from the procurement of raw materials and till the shipment of final products, all the processes are stringently checked by our quality personnel. It assists our clients to reduce the need of part inspection at their end.
We strictly follow TQM approach in the testing of all our aluminum cast & machined components. Some of the parameters on which, our components are tested are mentioned below:

- Strength
- Corrosion resistance
- Temperature resistance
It is the result of our insistence on the quality of our products, that we have been accredited as a TS 16949 and ISO 9001 certified company. We also follow the industrial norms for creating an eco-friendly environment. |
Research & Development Technological excellence and innovation play a significant role in our organization and provide us competitive edge in the industry. Understanding the value of research and development works, we have maintained a R&D department, which is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Our research personnel proceed in compliance with ongoing technological changes taking place in the industry, which assist us in altering the grain structure of the casting, resulting in greater strength or other desired characteristics.
Our research facilities & personnel have the capabilities to provide technical assistance to clients concerning various issues of casting & development. Round the clock research, testing, sampling and analyzing done in R&D department enables us to remain at the forefront of the casting industry.
