These catalysts are offered to our clients in 16x 10 x 6 mm ring shape and 16 x 16 x 6mm rib ring shapes. The CAT-020 ammonia cracking catalysts offered by us are based on high pure alumina and are used for ammonia cracking at low temperature and low-pressure drop. We provide our clients with PSA nitrogen plant and ammonia crackers that are used in diverse industry verticals. Our nitrogen plants operate on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption technology, wherein CMS having indefinite pores on the surface produces nitrogen gas and adsorbs the molecules of Oxygen, Moisture and unwanted gases from compressed air. These passes Nitrogen gas to output of CMS tower that makes nitrogen 99.8 % pure. These plants can be custom-made and provided with surge tanks for storing produced nitrogen and deoxidation unit for making nitrogen to ultra pure 1-5 PPM O2.
 
 Our range of ammonia cracking units is widely used for cracking ammonia by using nickel catalyst and producing N2 and H2. The output gases of these units are used for brazing furnaces or other furnaces for retaining bright surface finish. H2 can also be utilized in deoxidation units wherein oxygen traces are removed from the nitrogen gas stream.

We have in store for our clients, a robustly constructed range of furnaces that is used for carburizing batch and continuous heat-treating furnace systems. Our furnaces for batch carburizers are provided with integral quench and companion wash, temper charge car for industry specific application. The heat-treating furnace systems offered by us are of pusher type and are provided with pre-wash, preheat, sealed quench, wash, temper and associated transfers for making them highly functional.
