These efficient engines are designed to suit the specific requirements of the clients with higher performance and dependability standards in electric power generation. 3406 an inline Six cylinder, with 137mm (4.75 in) bore and 165mm (6.00 in) stroke, water cooled, Turbo charged and after cooled engine with a specific compression ratio.

The Engine

The C 32 Series engines utilize Acert® Technology as its building block and are designed making it reliable, rugged & durable. It is a solution for emission requirements that combines improvements in three systems vital to the combustion process: Air, Fuel, and Electronics. These engines have a smaller footprint, thus resulting in lower installation costs. They come equipped with Advanced ADEM 4 controllers, which result in precise and efficient integration of engine components under any operating condition.

The C 32 is a 32-litre displacement engine, V12 configuration available with
145 mm Bore and 162mm Stroke length with a compression ratio of 15:1.

ADEM Controllers

The ADEM A4 is an integral part of the innovative ACERT® Technology that provides a higher degree of control over a large number of combustion variables than ever before. The ADEM A4 is designed to control or interface Electronic Unit Injector (EUI) equipped engines. The ADEM A4 engine system is composed of the ADEM A4 ECM, control software, sensors, actuators, fuel injectors, and interface to the generator system. The prime benefit of an ADEM A4 engine system is to be able to control and maintain the particulate emissions; both steady state and transient, much better, while improving its overall engine performance.

Caterpillar Electronic Modular Control Panel (EMCP) offers a wide range of engine and generator set monitoring, control and protection features, which eliminates the need for numerous switches, relays and meters. ADEM Controllers

ADEM (Advance Diesel Engine Management) controllers are specially designed to suit the specific requirements of the clients and can survive for longer periods. The ADEM (ECM) is housed in an environmentally sealed die cast aluminum housing, which protects electronic components from moisture and dirt contamination. All wiring to the ECM are made at the two seventy pin connectors. The ECM is fuel cooled and capable of operating from 40°C to 120°C. The ECM's internal circuits are designed to withstand battery shorts and can operate in electrical noise environment up to 100 Volts/meter. ECM can withstand a vibration of 2g with a frequency from 18-500 Hz.
 
 
Noise Enclosure

CAT noise enclosure is a containerized design, sturdy and weather resistant to ensure durability for all weather conditions.These are manufactured using
non-igniting and self-extinguishing acoustic mineral wool of 50mm thick and is used mainly for noise and thermal insulation in addition to resin bonding having a 96 kg/m3 density. Also, these are perfectly designed for easy installations, maintenance of DG set and access for all tie points.
