We started as a sister concern of CBF Manufacturing LLC, got registered as Private Limited Company from 2006. We applied Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to develop our products. Thus, we know the needs of the customer, getting proactive feedback & correction plan, designing within the process capabilities, analyzing & overcoming failure modes, verifying & validating the process, special characteristics etc. Our quality people are well versed with a)process control, b)Failure Mode Effect Analysis, d) Measurements System Analysis, e) Production Part Approval Process. Packaging Facility
We not only give importance to
the superior quality of the product range but also to the effective packaging
of it. We make use of virgin grade LDPE pouch of corrugated boxes with appropriate
placement of dehumidifier. These corrugated boxes are kept inside of a
multi-layer HDPE flap bags. These flap bags are kept inside of wooden boxes
with four-way pallets. Wood protecting liquid are provided on the wooden
surfaces of the boxes to avoid termite and fungal attack. All these things help to protect
the valuable products from rust and moisture for a long time. This enhances the
customer satisfaction and happiness.
