About UsChemical Construction International (P) Limited (CCI) is a privately owned company and was founded in 1944 by Mr. T. V. P. Nambiar to service the Edible Oils & Fats Industry in India and provided Turnkey Batch Extraction Plants and Refineries. A pioneer in his field, Mr. T. V. P. Nambiar developed the prototype for the first Batch Extraction Plant in India. Since then, CCI has developed a range of technologies and services in a variety of industry sectors such as Oil & Fats, Oleo-Chemicals, Bio-Diesel, Palm Oil Mills, By-Product Recovery and Spices & Herbal Extraction. CCI has executed more than 250 Turnkey projects in over 20 countries, with a wide range of plant capacities.
In the mid-1940's, CCI is on record as the provider of the first Solvent Extraction Plant in India. CCI offers a number of best-of-breed technologies based on our technical collaborations from Europe and Malaysia in our different sector offerings. For example, we have an exclusive technical design collaboration with a German Engineering firm for Bio-diesel, Fatty Acid and Glycerine. Based on this collaboration, we commissioned India's first commercial-sized Bio-diesel plant in 2006.
