Actually, after when I completed my MBA...... life was a puzzle for me. Like all the freshers I had the degree but no idea in which direction to move and how to shape up my career; neither there was any guidance from the home side,as I belonged to a typical middle class family. For about two years I worked in odd jobs of sales. Later,due to some personal reasons I had to work in a placement consultancy of Bangalore for about 3 years. This was the turning point of my life when I got to know that what exactly I wanted in life and for what I am best suitable. Here after learning the dynamics of consultancy business I decided to establish my own consultancy firm as I did not wanted others to face those problems which I faced in my initial career.
