The plants are commissioned with the most sophisticated and up to date machinery & equipments. The plants are well equipped with the latest instrument processes which are operated By well trained manpower. We have reaction capacity ranging from 1,000 litres to 25,000 litres with all vessels having heating, cooling, chilling, circulation agitation.

Our total reaction capacity is 130kl at a time where all our equipments are flameproof and have a class explosive license for storage, hence we can handle both aqueous and solvent based products. We can also take hydrogenation reaction having total capacity of 12kl with maximum 20 kg/cm2 of pressure. Distillation plant is facilitated with six distillations columns having high vacuum (1Torr working vacuum) of various capacities in height and diameter. We are having the distillation columns ranging from 10 to 50 number of theoretical stage. Distillation capacity can go up to 38,000 liters/batch and 600,000 liters of bulk storage, an effluent treatment plant and water discharge license complement a fully bunded site.
