Centrifugal High Pressure Blower Compatible in operation and effective in performance, we offer Centrifugal High Pressure Blower for various industrial applications.
Ideally suited to supply air for combustion and atomization of oil and gases, these blowers are used for multi-purposes works such as agitations of liquids, cooling, drying, cupolas, hot air circulation, exhausting and pneumatic conveying and many more.
Construction
Strongly cased in heavy gauge steel sheets welded to form a rigid structure, the impeller incorporates low inertia and accurate balance. The impeller is mounted directly upon the motor shaft in case of direct motor drive. Whereas in case of belt driven fans, the impeller is mounted on steel shaft running in ball bearing. Generally fans are supplied with bottom horizontal discharge still the position can be adjusted as per customer's requirement.

Twin Lobe Blower There is a range of Twin Lobe Blower offered by us who are highly effective and having less mechanical friction.
The basic construction of Twin Lobe Blower consists of two symmetric lobes cased in semi circular container rotating in opposite directions. These lobes are not tooth wheels, they share contact-less conjugate motion to the rotor.

Construction
- Casing: Hydraulically casing ensures vitality as well as in larger casing we provide inspection ports for clearance check and internal inspection.

LAP Type Burners We offer premium quality LAP Type Burners, which are manufactured function efficiently. These are easy-to-operate and maintain. Made up of superior quality alloy of cast iron, the burner comes with stationary atomizer, which can be removed for cleaning up the burner. Our burners minimize the frictional losses due to constructional effectiveness.
The working principle is effective as mixed fuel-oil combination is atomized by low pressure inside the burner and therefore effective combustion of gases with high CO2 content takes place. The output of the burner can be controlled with the oil regulation adjustments. The swirler flap provided with the burner controls the flame adjustment.
The turn down ratio of 1.4:1 with primary air supply can be further improved by using secondary air. The fuel is supplied either by the Gravity feed system or by the pump at a pressure of 0.7 Kg/cmm2g. The centrifugal blower imparts the atomized air at a pressure of 500-1000mm.W.g.
Different classes of liquid fuels can be used even without preheating. Only heavy oil should be preheated to lower its viscosity for proper atomization.

Self Proportional Burners We offer efficient Self Proportional Burners with a very high turn-down ratio and the efficiency is further increased with correct oil-air ratio at all output. With strong construction, the flexible burner provides durable services for longer hours with little maintenance. Turn down ratio, widely referred to the ratio of maximum to minimum output, is 5:1 and thus efficient combustion and stable flame can be obtained.
Burner can be used with all classes of liquid fuel. The recommended atomizing air pressure and oil pressure should be less than 600 mm.Wg and 0.7Kg/cm2 respectively.
Construction

North American Type Burner We offer highly efficient North American Type Burner having high turn-down ratio meeting all needs of customers. The atomization of oil in this burner is performed through the two air divisions, through which primary air and secondary air is swirled.
This system simplifies the operation and facilitates the automatic and remote control option, resulting into high performance. The burner encompass a turn down ration of 7.5:1 and simplified in getting stable flame, high CO2 content and effective combustion. With strong construction, the burner is capable of offering durable service effectively.
Various classes of liquid fuel could be used with this burner. The recommended oil pressure and air pressure should be more than 0.7 kg/cm2 and 600mm.Wg.
