About UsWe, M/S CHHAGANLAL DHARAMCHAND, jointly created by two partners Late Shri Chhaganlal Dharamchand Shah and Shri Sagarmal Ganeshmal Shah in the year 1969 for trading of all types of industrial raw material of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel in form of Pipes and Tubes, Hollow section, Pipe Fittings, Shafts, Plates, Coils, Round Bars etc. With more than 40 years in this business, we have built strong relations with several Companies viz. Petrochemical plants, Petroleum and Fertilizer Companies, Thermal Power plants, Oil & Gas Refineries, On and Off Shore Platforms, Government & public sector undertaking companies etc. in India. We are manufacturing Stainless Steel Seamless and ERW pipes and U tubes, in size range from OD 5mm to 168mm, Wt 0.5mm to 17mm. Our plant is located in Savli GIDC, Baroda. |
Warehouse / Production CapacityBeing a stockiest & supplier, we pay prime importance to our warehouse which is spread in an area of 40000 square feet to store bulk products at a single time. Our warehouse has been designed specifically to ensure proper and systematic storage of industrial supplies which allows easy stocking and fast access to stocked components. Professional warehousing staff keeps a close eye on the warehouse and takes ultimate care of the stored products. As our products include different metals and metal products, we ensure a corresponding atmosphere inside the warehouse which protects the products from negative or hazardous effects of atmospheric changes, such as corrosion, in particular. Additionally, we have equipped our warehouse with various amenities and ensure all the safety arrangements in our warehouse including fire safety.
Quality Policy / ProcessesMore than 40 years of experience supplying a full range of Piping products and our reputation for quality are part of every order we supply. M/S CHHAGANLAL DHARAMCHAND SHAH selects, inspects, guarantees, and certifies each and every product handled by the distribution centers. Continuous inspection and constant quality are guaranteed under the internationally recognized "Manual of Quality‿. Our commitment extends to being pro-active and supporting customers in preventing problems. Additional following testing on pipes are arranged through Government approved Laboratories as per the client's requirement and in accordance to international standards like Ultrasonic testing - Magnetic Particle inspection, Dye Penetrant testing, Radiographic examination on welded pipes, Chemical analysis and destructive mechanical testing, Hydraulic testing. Hard die stamped marking and color coding can be done on all piping in accordance to the various technical specifications under supervision of our internal inspectors. Mechanical workings on pipes as beveling according to all Fig. of ANSI B16.25 standards, tape borings and cuts at fix lengths can be carried out with the highest precision.
