The production unit, located at Ramganjmandi (Rajasthan) is equipped with sophisticated machines and has the facilities for edge cutting, calibration, polishing and bull nosing.

We execute variety of finish which includes natural claft, calibrated, polished, bush hammered, sand blasted, flamed, tumbled, high quality mirror polishing and a number of others.

We follow a proactive approach to ensure quality conformance. Apart from quality assurance at every step of our process every inch of our product goes through a strict quality inspection before it is dispatched.

To ensure this we qualified team of inspectors trained for over a decade and to support them we employ the best of equipments, like modern gloss meters to avoid the rarest of defects. Further all sides angles, diagonals and thickness are carefully measured in order to provide a complete example of a consistency to our customers.

Packing of tiles is done in corrugated boxes (only for small size granite tiles and slates), giving thermocol and plastic covering. They are then packed in sea worthy wooden crates, to give a strong support in order to avoid any breakage or loss during transit.

Random and cut to size slabs are packed in sea worthy wooden frames in 20' each., giving required covering by minimum 5 mm plastic sheet & thermocol. Further lashing and fumigation of the container ensures perfect security & safety of the material.
