Sprinkler

  • Suitable for uniform distribution of water over the honeycomb P.V.C. fill
  • Jet recoil force made of cast aluminum rotates and distributes the water
  • P.V.C. pipes with series of apertures drilled longitudinally on a light weight, aluminum rotary head and mounted on sealed ball bearings

Fan

  • Designed from aluminum alloy
  • Energy efficient blades
  • Aerodynamic FRP hallow blades are also available on request
  • Reduces power consumption

Drift Eliminator

  • To reduce carry over losses through entertainment of moisture drop in air strain
  • Unique honeycomb channel structure for effectively removing moisture from the rising air stream at the crucial moment

Supports and Hardware

  • All components like tower supports, motor supports and leg supports are either hot dip galvanized or epoxy coated
  • Hardware is galvanized steel, stainless steel or phosphate

Cross Flow Towers

Counter Flow Towers

  • Filling made of splash bars with triangular cross-section
  • Facilitates more time & area for air-water contact

Drift Eliminator

  • Single bank, double pass system for maximum removal of water droplets at operating face velocities

  • Minimizes make up water requirement
Fan Assembly
  • Totally enclosed fan motor with direct driven fan assemblies
  • Fan blades fitted to hub through U-box / clamps

  • Motor connected to gear box through a propeller shaft with flexible couplings at both the ends
