Multi point radial lubricators are used for centralized lubrication of machines like rolling mills, calendering machines, sugar machines, cement machinery's and hydra turbines, stone crushers, forging hammers, etc. This is a compact unit for delivering grease/oil under pressure to given number of different bearing point of a machine. It is ideal for lubricating machinery's, which require regular shots of predetermined quantity of lubricant, forced into each individual bearing under pressure. This lubricator comprises number of individual pump element assemblies, screwed into the housing of lubricator. These pump element assemblies are actuated by an eccentric cam, which is rotated by the help of gearbox driven by electric motor coupled with gearbox. The individual pump elements are independent to each other as far as their discharge is concerned. The discharge from the pump element is adjustable with the adjusting screw provided at the end of the assembly. This lubricator is suitable for both oil as well as for grease and can maximum accommodate up to 30 pump element assemblies. This is used in various area such as

Grease pumps (Hydraulic / Pneumatic) work together with the reservoir and filter to lubricate machinery. The pump moves the lubricant along the system and into areas that need lubrication. Grease pumps can be manual or automatic; while the manual pumps rely on physical labor, automatic pumps can use pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric power. Grease is a non-liquid lubricant with higher viscosity than regular oil. Grease is applied to machinery under heavy pressure, specifically in points of heightened friction. A viscous combination of oil and soap, grease is preferred to other petrol-based lubricants in locations where oil drippings are undesirable. Important specifications to consider when purchasing a grease pump are the viscosity, or resistance to flow, of the product being pumped, the volume dispensed, system pressure and the size of the drum.

The electronic timers and controllers we offer to clients are used in those lubrication systems where pressure switch and float switch are provided for sensing the pressure load as well as the low oil level. These systems have on time of 5 sec as well as an adjustable fixed and off time between 2 to 240 min. The two basic models we offer in this category include:
