Tin Plating
Being a very useful, non-toxic & ductile metal, tin plating is extensively used in the food processing industry. Tin Plating service offered by us is used to protect the ferrous as well as non ferrous surfaces of an object. It is sensitive to cleaning,and if it is not cleaned properly, can result into bubble formation. Our range comprises the following:
Acidic tin salt
Alkaline tin salt: This has to be put in water for bath makeup
Acid tin brightener: As make up brightener and for bright deposits
Decoater of tin: To even the deposits the jobs need to be re-plated. It can be easily done by dipping it in 'decoater of tin'
Copper plating is the process of depositing a layer of copper on the item, which is to be plated by using an electric current. It adopts alkaline method that involves the modifications of low and high cyanides. In this process, rochelle copper salt is used to make up the solution of cyanide zinc plating, and copper sulphate as salt is used to do acid copper plating.
We hold expertise in undertaking acid zinc plating , which prevents oxidation of the metal by forming a barrier. In this process, acid zinc salt A and acid zinc salt B are used for the make up of the solutions.
