There is no embroidery done on the shawls and the design come out on the shawl while weaving. Finest Quality of Pashmina is used to make these shawls. It takes almost 2 years time for a person to make a Kani shawl in the size of 90 x 205 cms [Ladies Full Size] and for 145 x 270 cms [Gents Full Size] it Takes anywhere between 3 to 3.5 years to make one shawl.
