(Communications Instruments Inc. has been taken over by M/s. Tyco Electronics in 2002).The corporate office of the company is situated in the heart of Cochin city and factory is in the Cochin Special Economic Zone.
CII Guardian manufactures high performance and high reliability Hermetic sealed relays (in TO-5/.100 grid transistor case enclosures, half size crystal can packages) High voltage relays, General purpose relays, moulded coils, etc.

Quality Policy / ProcessesQuality Policy A Quality Management System (QMS) compliant to ISO 9001:2008 certified by Intertek Systems Certification, is maintained since 1999. In addition to this, the QMS recently underwent a QPL Audit based on MIL-STD-790. The audit was done by a team of US government officials and they have recommended for certification.
