Fiber Re-inforced Plastics (FRP) fan is the very Highly Energy Efficient axial flow product. The fan blade is made from fiber glass reinforced plastic with quality grade epoxy resin to resist even the most corrosive air system. A specially built-in leading edge protection given to blades prevents erosion. Polypax coating having high characteristic resists ultra-violet degradation and abrasion resistance. Air foil blades virtually eliminate motor over-loading due to aerodynamic design. Fan achieves a low noise level due to aerofoil profile of the blades. Use of non-resonant material and a highly polished surface guarantee in quiet operation. Axial Flow FRP fans are tough and resilient. However, if damaged in any way, individual blades with matching blade pair can be replaced instead of discarding the complete assembly. Fans are designed for long trouble-free service. Blades components are precision die cast and undergo a strict quality control to ensure absolute uniformity and accuracy. This means an impeller that is in balance. Blades are only third the weight of most metal blades. Weight is concentrated around the centre of impeller which reduces motor/gear drive bearings wear and tear and thus cuts maintenance cost. FRP fans are designed for operational reliability and an absolute minimum of down time.
