The cages are threaded and connected to the collection system where the eggs are collected and dispersed into egg trays manually after the eggs reach the collection tray.This machine as well has been completely design to deliver quality by carefully collecting the eggs from the cages and transferring them to the collection tray.The damage and mishandling of egg is minimized in this machine when compared to manual collection of eggs.

Automatic feeding system is a rail movement type of system which can be moved either with the pushing action or with a motor fitted to it.

Foggers are watering systems which spray fine particles of water which distribute randomly into the air,form humid and bring down the temperature. Proportionate humidity with controlled water discharge of the fogger makes the environment in the poultry comfortable for the chicken survival. Now a days,foggers are placed right above the cage to make the volume around the cage a cooler place. This innovation has proved even effective to maintain a lower temperature during hot weathers.

Young chicks and some chicken cannot survive the cold temperatures during winter season. The feathers on the body of chicken cannot sustain the cold temperature hence there is a further need of heat supply to the delicate chicken. CHAKRA GROUP has been supplying gas brooders which use gas and produce heat for chicken during cold weathers.

The chicks have to be injected with medicines at regular intervals to increase the immunity and the ability to overcome diseases. Vaccinators with quantity measure are available at CHAKRA to inject the chicks at young stage.

A proper temperature has to be maintained for the chicks at that stage. A gas brooder has to be switched off at the temperature we have set.To accomplish this process,the gas brooder has to be connected to a thermo controller which maintains the temperature.

Proper ventilation is essential in minimizing the effect of heat. Birds dont sweat and depend on losing heat through respiration and releasing heat from surfaces such as wattles, shanks, and un feathered areas under the wings. Increasing air movement will help birds lose excess body heat. The distribution of air to pick up heat and moisture before it leaves the house will improve bird comfort. Nothing should be inside the house that would restrict the flow of air. Fans to move the air inside the house may also be necessary. In houses with curtains on the sides and exhaust fans to improve ventilation, curtain height and fan controls must be carefully coordinated in order to maximize air flow and at the same time achieve maximum benefit from the moving air. Fans to create air movement inside the house may also be needed. Circulation fans can be 1750 rpm un rated units, but should have sealed motors.
