APPLICATION :

MAXIM PLUS 500 & 600 is suitable for closed and open type Heat transfer system and recommended for use in system having Max. Bulk oil temperature of 320 ºC. Due to its high specific heat and better Thermal conductivity at all temperatures, this oil provides rapid heating and greater flexibility in heat transfer systems. It finds extensive application for direct and secondary heating in conventional heat transfer operation in textile, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, and process Industries.

MAXIM PLUS HYDRO are blended from highly refined base stock with selected anti – oxidant, anti – wear, anti – rust and anti – foam additives.

Aromatic Oils

MAXIM PLUS RPO – A is an Aromatic type Rubber Processing Oil blended from specially selected aromatic extracts. These are widely used in the manufacturing of Automotive Tyres & Tubes, Bi- cycle tyres, Tyre retreading materials, Belting, Hoses, Battery, Containers, Extruded products & Technical Moulded goods. These oils offer good compatibility & are suitable for use with Natural Rubber, SBR, PBR, CR etc.

Napthenic Oils

MAXIM PLUS RPO – N, are napthenic types Rubber Processing Oils blended from carefully selected hydro treated napthenic base stock. These are non- staining in nature & posses excellent thermal, oxidation & colour stability. These are recommended in the manufacturing of Automotive tubes, light coloured non- black footwear products & also moulded & extruded goods. They are compatible for processing with Natural Rubber, SBR, PBR, Butyl & EPDM rubbers.

Paraffinic Oils

MAXIM PULS RPO – P are Paraffinic type Rubber Processing Oils blended form highly refined base stock of low sulphur content. These oils are used in manufacturing of Butyl tubes & variety of technical moulded & extruded products based on Polar rubber like EPM & EPDM etc. They are suitable in the manufacturing of light coloured product & have good thermal stability.

MAXIM PLUS RPO – P 25 because of its high paraffinic content & viscosity, is preferred for achieving high retention of properties after ageing & higher loading of oil. Its application includes heat resistant conveyor belts & steam hoses.

Maxim Plus 20W/ 40 is a premium heavy duty multi-grade engine oil which is carefully formulated from light quality base stocks and selected high performance additives which provide outstanding protection in naturally aspirated and some turbo charged diesel engines operating under severe conditions under a wide range of ambient temp, conditions. The use of this 08 ensures greater fuel economy and increased oil drain period.
