Quality Assurance

We are a quality conscious organization, which keeps a stringent watch on the quality of the products at each level of the manufacturing process. Our in-house quality control, which is manned by qualified and trained staffs, ensures that the products are thoroughly checked on various parameters of quality. Some of the different parameters for which the products are continuously watched out for are:
• Visual and Dimensional Inspection
• Magnetic Particle test
• Hydro and Pneumatic Tests
• Performance test related to Rated Capacity handling & smooth running.
• Vibration & noise level is well with in the limits.
In addition to this few of the products are passed from DP test and Radiography test, where as sample bar is also tested for all properties like chemical composition and mechanical strength. (As per standards of material of construction). |

Chlorine Gas Compressor
What you see in the picture are the compressors kept ready for shipment, which is our main product along with connected system. These mainly consist of Head Cover, Wear Casing, Impeller, Cone, Bearing Bracket, Shaft, Bearings, and Mechanical Seal etc. Castings are procured from the reputed foundries with ISO standards with our inspections like,
1.Visual and Dimensional
2. Magnetic Particle
3. DP test and Radiography test.
The sample bar is also tested for all properties like chemical composition and mechanical strength. (As per standards of material of construction).
After the approval of the quality control the rough castings are taken for machining. They are machined to close tolerance and subjected to Hydro & Pneumatic tests (To the stipulated pressure). The parts are assembled with the specific clearance as per standard. The Impeller (Rotor) is dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940 Gr.2.5 and taken for assembling.
The Compressor is tested with idle run for the check of bearing assembly. During this test the vibration and noise level will also be checked and confirmed whether they are well within the recommended limits.
After this painting will be done as per standards, then the compressor will be inspected in all respects and released for dispatch.

Acid Separator
Acid Separators are kept ready for final inspection. These are fabricated out of Boiler Quality Plates, Seamless Pipes and Fittings as per Pressure Vessel code section VIII. Suitable Demister Pad is fixed in the Topside of the Separator to remove Acid droplets up to 99%. Also we provide corrugated pipes (or) plates below the Demister pad facilitating, additional removal of Acid droplets.
Chlorine Gas along with acid is fed into the Separator where they are separated. Gas comes out through the Demister Pad, free from Acid droplets up to 99%. Level Glass is fitted in the Separator to monitor the Acid level.

Complete Assembled System
Complete Assembled System in our works is in the Pictorial photo.This is a pre-assembled system of Motor, Compressor, Acid Separator, Cooler (PHE), and Surge Drum etc. with strainer, inter connecting Pipelines and valves to show how it will be on assembling at site. On assembling all the equipments, pneumatic test was carried out to ensure free from leakage of all joints.

Slurry Pump
In our manufacturing range of product, Slurry pump plays a vital part. These Pumps ranges from 5m³/hr. to 100m³/hr. according to the client need to ensure their requirements. The Design & material construction of the Pump is suitable for all abrasive fluid and it will give better life & performance, comparing to others. These slurry Pumps will be applicable for Chemical Plants, Caustic Chlor industries, Paper & Pulp industries also.

Blower
We are manufacturing Air & Gas blowers of capacity ranging from 500 m3 / hr to 1500m3/hr. Material of construction is SS316 and Titanium. Blower can be used in chemical industry and specifically for wet and dry Chlorine Gas.
