ADVANTAGE OF CRYSTAL:
- Crystal decelerates water evaporation from the set concrete thereby retaining moisture for the concrete which is essential for the fresh concrete from the day two.
- The crystal coating breath with micro holes. Hence water trapped in the tile will evaporate slowly.
- It acts as a preventive coat for finished product like cement concrete tiles,moulded cement components and other cement works. Crystal takes care of initial abuse of site condition.
- Crystal enhance the colour in the finished coloured tiles.
- Mild acid and alkali resistance.
- Acts as water repellant on surface.
- It is easy to maintain the surface coated with crystal.
- The crystal seals micro hole (porosity) on the surface which makes the surface uniform.
SHELF LIFE:
Six Months if unopened storage recommendations keep it in cool dry place away from fire.
Note: Being a petroleum product highly inflammable.
COVERAGE:
200 To 250 Sq.Feet per kg of crystal depending on applicator and surface strength.
THE METHOD OF APPLICATION:
In case of cement concrete tiles the crystal should be applied by hand by using high density polyurethane foam. Dip the small piece of foam in the crystal squeeze and apply on the surface. For the other uses the same can be applied through the painting brush (Do not use any spray method)
