I. Double Stage Extra High Pressure Blowers / FD Fans
 Such blowers are designed in double stage/multi empeller enabling to produce extra high pressure upto 1500 WG pressure but having low volume i.e. 300 CFM. to 2000 CFM, are applicable for oil fired burners to create proper atomization and complete combustion of oil, forced air cooling, pneumatic conveying and liquid agitation. Made out of MS fabricated, direct drive, power consumption 10 HP to 100 HP.

II. Single Stage High Pressure Blowers / FD Fans
High pressure force draft fan having pressure up to 1100 mm WG and volume Capacity 200 CFM to 1000 CFM are applicable for oil fired Burners to make proper atomization and complete combustion of oil, other fuel firing, forced air cooling and into the forced conveying systems. Construction generally made out of MS fabricated, direct drive and power consumption 2 HP to 30 HP.

III. Medium Pressure Blowers The Medium pressure combustion Blowers having Pressure 500 mm to 800 mm WG and volume capacity 1,000 CFM to 20,000 CFM , are applicable for the proper combustion of fuel like coal & wood etc. and are used in cupolas furnaces, boilers and ovens etc. Made out of MS fabricated, in direct drive, power consumption 5 Hp to 50 HP.

I. Medium Pressure I. D. Fan / Suction Blower

These are high volumetric but medium pressure blowers which are used to suck the hot air, polluted gases and are also used for the material handling purposes through pneumatic force.

Construction made out of MS, stainless steel and FRP, in-direct drive having pressure 200 to 500 wg and capacity 2000 cfm to 40,000 cfm ant* high volumetric suction blower.

II. Low Pressure and High Volumetric Suction Blower

These are also high volumetric but low pressure blowers having 50 mm to 200 mm wg pressure and 20,000 cfm to 1,60,000 cfm volume capacity which are used to suck the Fumes, some times are called fume exhauster. Moreover, these are used in chemical industries and are also used for ventilation purposes.

MS and stainless steel fabricated blowers are constructed in steel and are used in general and some chemical industries whereas the FRP fabricated body (supported with steel structure duly insulated) and the impeller made out of PP Sheet made blowers are used in special type of chemical and acidic industries. These blowers are designed in direct drive through V Belt and pulley system is almost applied.

Lead Smelting Rotary furnace is used for the recovery of lead out of lead-acid battery scrap, lead concentrate and lead ore. We provide the oil fired rotary furnace plant with maximum production efficiency and least production cost i.e. labour, fuel and power consumption. (Production Capacity may 3 M. Ton to 15 M. Ton per day i.e.24 hrs.)

The plant is provided along with the efficient pollution control system also.

Lead Sub Oxide Ball Mill

The construction of Lead Sub Oxide Ball Mill Plant is a cylindrical shell with both conical end rotate through a dearth gear fitted on it and bearing drive mounted upon a heavy duty fabricated foundation stand which is driven through the driving system provided there. The Lead small balls are loaded there in, where a friction heat is generated while rotate. As the temperature raised upto 120 degree C., the oxidation process of lead is started and lead sub oxide becoming separate from the lead balls and so on which taken out through sucking through a suction blower & system provided there by developing the pneumatic force. We manufacture the Ball Mills having capacity from 1 M. Ton. to 12 M Ton per Day / 24 hrs.

Lead Sub-oxide Barton Mill Plant

The construction of Barton Mill Plant is a empty reaction pot having a stirrer in it and the stirrer Arms cum blades made out of stainless steel fitted to the stirrer shaft giving very minor space between the blades and bottom plate of the reaction pot. The reaction pot is preheated and a few molten lead is poured into the pot where the rotating stirrer helps to react the oxidation process between the lead and oxygen taken from the space. This way the lead sub-oxide is generated therein the pot which is taken out by sucking through the system provided. We manufacture having Capacity 6 M. Ton to 20 M. Ton per day.

Red Lead Furnace Plant

L.S.O is further cooked in a totally enclosed type funace pot having a stirrer in it with driving attachment , properly leakage proof , provided thereunder vertical downward the furnace platform. The construction of furnace pot and stirrer may be out of MS or Stainless Steel.
Capacity : 1000 Kg to 2500 Kg per batch

Litharge Furnace Plant The construction is quite same as of The Read Lead but can be designed only in Stainless Steel. Capacity : Upto 1000 Kg

I. Non Chemical Refining Hydraulic Tilting Copper Furnace (Super-D type):

This is the Super-D type, Hydraulic Tilting, direct oil fired & non-chemical refining furnace for copper. It may be shaped either one end conical or having both end Blind like a drum. An another type of semi rotary Drum shaped, movable on wheels Hydraulic operate for discharging is also designed.

We manufacture & install these furnaces 5 to 20 M. ton capacity on TURN KEY.

II. Chemical Refining Hydraulic Tilting Copper Furnace Zero % Impurity:

This Type of Furnace is such designed to make more suitable to put and mix the chemicals into the furnace for refining of copper. Apart of Copper the Brass can also be prepared and Re-melt in this furnace.

Hydraulic tilting system is provided for discharging. More impure copper scrap like Birch, Tinned, Copper made vessels and other such impure copper scrap can refined therein.
