CBL has geared up to meet the increasing demand of Blast furnace gas fired boilers. The waste gases coming out of Blast Furnace can be fired in specially designed Boilers with the help of burners to generate steam at high pressure to generate Power.

From the exit of the coke oven plant, waste gases at high temperature are generated having enormous sensible heat. This heat energy can be converted to steam at high pressure which in turn can be utilized in turbine to generate electric power.
CBL has full expertise to supply WHRBs for Coke oven exhaust gas application.

Compact Lift Conveyor looks like bucket elivator but it is quite different machine. This conveyor consists of buckets bolted on to belt conveyor provided with specially designed poly rollers which are lubrication free. These rollers act as guide rollers during returning. Therefore, the conveyor can be to a high height with low space requirement. Due to balance of weight the conveyor takes very low power in comparison to a belt conveyor.

CBL has innovated to design, manufacture and supply WHRB to recover sensible heat from outgoing Hot Gases. The steam can be generated at 67 ata pressure and 490 deg.C superheat temperature. CBL can supply WHRB for 50, 100, 350 and 500 TPD Sponge Iron Kiln exhaust gas application.
