Production Capacity

Production Capacity: With a corporate vision to accommodate clients needs, the production facility is laid at a spacious 24,000 Sq.ft. including basement & ground floor and a further 6000 sq.ft. of production area is underway on the I Floor which makes an ample total manufacturing space of 30,000 sq.ft.

Production: We have the production capacity of 18 million pieces of sleeves & pouches and 9 million pieces of preformed Cap Seals & other Shrink Products for the month of October 2005.

Abstract on Plant & Machineries: Having great consideration towards the production process, our manufacturing unit has valiant imported and custom made machineries which include: 9 Jumbo Steel FKT primary extruder machines, 3 Rotogravure printing Press( One 8 Colour, One 4 Colour, & One Two Colour), 1 Flexo printing machine (4 colour), 2 Offset Press, 16 Converting machines and 3 Preform manufacturing process machineries and other finishing machines.
