Synol® ECG-77 (Conductive Grease) Synol ECG-77 is a specially developed synthetic electrical contact grease formulated to provide excellent lubricant properties to electrical contacts in presence of a wide range of materials such as metals, plastics, rubbers, polymers, etc. It is based on highly stable synthetic oils fully inhibited against copper corrosion, oxidation and other contact materials. It contains no hydrocarbons or silicones, thereby eliminating problems caused by carbon deposits and silicone residuals. Its excellent penetrating and coating properties prevent arcing and thereby reducing contact wear.

This grease is specially formulated for highly corrosive industrial type environments and in heaving arcing conditions, e.g. large connections, battery terminals, contactors, busbars, knife switches, rheostats, large voltage regulators, OLTCs, sliding/rotary controls, valve pins, turret tuners, plug sockets etc. etc.

It is a Dielectric, Anti-tracking, Protectetive Coating specially formulated to provide an instantaneous, clear, dry protective coating for PCBs to protect from moisture, corrosion, tracking, dirt and dust, fungus and pollution. It is a solder-through type of coating based on modified acrylate, for easy repairs. It is scratch-proof after it dries and stacking during transportation. It assures long life to components ans PCBs against adverse conditions. It conforms to MIL-I-46058C specification. It si approved by centre of Development of Telematics (C-DOT) and CACT.

Visible under U/V light for easy identification.

CVC Heat Sink Compound (For Heat Dissipation) To ensure semiconductor longevity with power applications in the order of several hundred watts per device, each element of thermal impedance must be carefully considered. CVC HEAT SINK COMPOUND is developed to reduce the high thermal impedance of air gaps otherwise present between the mating surfaces of the semiconductor case & the heat sink. This grease like compound fills the minute air gaps between the mating surfaces thereby reducing the thermal impedance. It is applied to the base & mounting studs of transistors & diodes. The compound has good electrical insulation, it will not harden, dry out or melt even after 1000 hours at 200°C.

Measurements show that the thermal resistance from mounting base to heat sink decrease by a factor of 3 when a thin film of CVC HEAT SINK COMPOUND is used.

Directions For Use

• Clean mating surfaces
• Apply a small quantity of CVC HEAT SINK COMPOUND to both surfaces to be mated
• Be sure there is no foreign objects in the compound, such as brush hair.
• Press surfaces together & squeeze out excess material.
• Wipe excess compound, to help prevent dirt accumulation.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
