When the filter is ready for cake discharge, the double acting cylinder retracks and pulls with it the movable head. As soon as this is retracted the plate shuttle shifter takes over and starts pulling back each plate one after the another with cycle time set in PLC (Programmed logically controlled) and over ride is provided so that the shifter can be stop at any time during emergency.

We manufacture a wide range of drip tray that are provided below the plate for collection of drip (Filtrate) which falls during filtration cycle due capillary action from filter cloth.
