Indoseal Instant Road Repair Mortar

Indoseal is formulated for the instant & permanent repair of potholes, cracks and broken areas of any shape, depth or size in macadam/asphalt without cutting out and where potholes are of irregular shapes to fully take up the contours of the potholes. Indoseal is also formulated for repair to spells, cut outs, reforming of slab corners and for expansion joint infilling in concrete. Indoseal abuts well to metal, is not subject to shrinkage or liquid aggregate separation, is not toxic, can be applied in any weather conditions at temp. from –45 to +60 C, is applied cold with no requirement for mixing, tack coats or over coats and heavy/continuous traffic may cross-completed repairs immediately without pick-ups or tracking. Indoseal is suitable for highways, aircraft runways, standing areas, on roads, docks, bridges, racing circuits, farm & stable yards, car parks, play grounds, filling stations, drives, paths etc.

Description

Indoseal Instant Road Repair Mortar consists of a combination of selected aggregates and blended in a controlled mix with a special binder liquid.

Application

For optimum results brush out standing water/oil/loose debris from hole - where this has proved impossible however good results have still can achieve. Tip in sufficient material straight from the pack to overfill hole ensuring that all edges are filled. Compact surrounding levels with the back of shovel or hand tamper.
For large areas/overlays use roller slightly wetting the drum with water. If under filling has taken place simply add more material and compact to level. The repair may then be immediately traversed by heavy & continuous traffic. Only where the metal-wheeled lifting trucks are in use, must repairs be allowed to fully harden before being traversed.

For very deep holes it is permissible to apply a layer of INDOSEAL in bottom of hole - approx. 20mm, tamped & compacted with a layer of 6-10mm aggregate. This should be well compacted then topped with 25mm of well-tamped INDOSEAL as a wearing course. Due to size of aggregate in INDOSEAL attempts should not be made to featheredge.
