Viscosity increases and water solubility decreases with increasing molecular weight. Ppgs can be blended to obtain liquids with intermediate viscosities. The molecular weights range from low for water - soluble to high for water-insoluble applications

· oil soluble liquid dyes -for different types of lubricants. Metal-halogen-sulfur-free, single phase, concentrated liquid dyes introduced as an alternative for hard to handle powder dyes. High flash solvent is used in place of xylene as the viscosity depressant and standardizing agent.
