About UsChem Seals Engineering Pvt. Ltd. started in the year 1990 as a Small Scale Industrial Unit for reconditioning Mechanical Seals and Components.
CSE brought concept of reconditioning Mechanical Seals in India to save foreign exchange for nation, as India used to import seals in large quantity in the 1990''s.
After proving reconditioning of Mechanical Seals, CSE started manufacturing components by using imported raw material and applying machining, grinding, lapping & capability.
CSE reached to the stage to design and manufacture complete Mechanical Seals according to the service condition and equipment.
CSE has Sales and Service network in India to serve customers with the help of dedicated employed Engineers at different locations, and Distributors/ Agents around the globe.
CSE serves our nation and also Europe, United States of America, South East Asia and Middle East countries by supplying complete seals and spares.
CSE aims to become a renowned seal manufacturer with in-house R & D facilities for developing new sealing technologies.
CSE currently manufactures Mechanical Shaft Seals & Components for Rotary Equipments from 0.500" (12 mm) to 6.000" (150mm) shaft size. Special sizes are on request. |
InfrastructureThe factory is equipped with all the modern machinery and equipment, capable of undertaking metal cutting, turning, grinding, manufacturing, finishing and assembly jobs.
Machines include Precision Lathes, Turning Centers, Grinding Machines, Precision Measuring & Quality Control Equipment etc.
All persons employed are skilled. They are trained and operate under competent supervision. The administrative office is well equipped with all the ultra modern facilities available. All departments are on a local area network to facilitate close coordination and information sharing. Internet facility is used to remain in constant touch with clients throughout the globe.
All manufactured seals are run at the required test pressure on the test rig before final certification.
