Chemefloor as :-

Anti-static epoxy flooring.

Chemefloor as is a self-levelling anti-static epoxy, applied over a properly prepared concrete surface. Its unique property of dissipating the static charge, created due to movement, protects sensitive electronic equipment and components. The floor has a typical thickness of 2-3mm. This is ideally suited for speciality areas like r&d labs, operation theatres, solvent handling areas, etc.

High build epoxy coating.

A heavy duty, interior, two-component high-build epoxy coating 'formulated for demanding industrial requirements. It dries quickly to a tough, semi-gloss finish with excellent resistance to alkali, abrasion, corrosion and chemicals.

Self leveling epoxy flooring

It is a self-smoothening, solvent free, and epoxy based screed. Chemie Floor Tech ESL 4000 is laid at a thickness of minimum 2 mm and above. It is monolithic, smooth, joint-less, non-porous, hygienic and chemically resistant flooring. Being an ideal and economical base screed for those areas, which are subjected to high impact & abrasion, and forklift truck movement, our range is highly applicable. The range of Chemie Floor Tech ESL 4000 minimizes undulations of VDF/IPS concrete floor but provides strong base screed with high compressive strength of 70 80 N as well.

As the joints of the floor and the wall, are prone to accumulation of dust & water, then the growth of microbial organisms/bacteria gets increased. Further, cleaning of such areas is also a major concern. Thus, our Epoxy Covings are ideally suitable for these areas.

 

A) Wall to Floor Coving: Generally, the recommended size of Wall to Floor Coving is 75 mm X 75 mm radial coving and ceiling to wall 50mmx50mm, and pencil coving between wall to wall.

 

Application Procedure:

 

• Proper surface preparation
• Resin rich primer of the area, where coving has to be constructed
• Construction of coving using epoxy and coarse silica 75 mm X 75 mm radial dimensions
• Layering of the coving with resin rich putty
• Over-coated with epoxy coating (As per required shade)

 

B) Wall to Wall/Ceiling Coving: In general, the recommended size of wall to Wall to Wall/Ceiling Coving is 50 mm X 50 mm radial coving.

 

Application Procedure:

 

• Proper surface preparation
• Resin rich primer of the area where coving has to be constructed
• Construction of coving using epoxy and coarse silica 50 mm X 50 mm radial dimensions
• Layering of the coving with spray plaster to provide a smooth finish
• Over-coated with epoxy coating (As per required shade)

 

C) Pencil Coving: Pencil Covings are recommended for various areas including door frames, and machine plates
