We bring forth raising brushing/shearing machines that are imported from YANTU, a reputed manufacturer of Taiwan. These machines are used for processing of fabric and provide soft feel, better texture and warmth to the fabric. These fabric are used in upholstery, dresses, soft toys, blankets etc. Our machines are manufactured using high quality accessories so that they need less service and run for long life.
Raising Machine :
- Gear type : For heavy raising but slow speed ( Approx. 8-10Mt/Min.)
- Inverter Raising : For high speed raising (upto 32 ˜ 35 Mt / Min.). It can run at very slow speed to high speed.
Brushing Machine :
- After raising, the fibers are intermingle and should be straightened otherwise the next step of process shearing will not be proper.
Shearing Machine :
- The straightened fibers are cut by using shearing machine. It gives a very soft feel to the fabric.
- The application of shearing machine is for shearing of velor fabric, embroidery fabric etc. It enhances the feel and value of the fabric
