Indoor Air Treatment Solutions

We provide customized solutions for improvising Indoor Air Treatment  & also achieving energy efficiency. For such projects we have capabilities to manufacture plants that have been customized as per the exact specifications to do the air treatment.

Office Indoor Air Quality Solutions

Office Indoor Air Quality Solutions

We provide customized solutions for improvising indoor air quality & also achieving energy efficiency. We have successfully implement disinfection treatment solution for hotels, hospitals, office buildings it parks, banks, schools, commercial buildings, malls, exhibition centers, multiplexes, industries. addressing issues like indoor air quality, odour, allergy, smoke, dusk, cross infection, etc.

How green is your indoor air

Airborne diseases are 2 to 10 times higher in indoor air then outdoor air. Indoor air quality is an important determinant of population health and well being. Because people spend most of their time in indoor spaces then out door. Results of numerous studies have demonstrated that building related symptoms (brs) can adversely affect productivity and occupant well being.
we have successfully engineered strong oxidizing & disinfecting properties of ozone for indoor air treatment.

Ozone generator is effectively used for indoor air quality solution

Environment benefits of ozone generator system chemtronics ozone generator system achieves:

  • dramatic reduction in buildup of voc’s.
  • dramatic reduction in odours.
  • depletion of microbial colonies (fungi) in ducts and ahu cooling coils. Eliminates duct Cleaning.
  • oxidize air borne bacteria.
  • address cross infections.
  • keeps the indoor air pure & healthy

Economic benefits of ozone generator system: reduction in capital cost reduction in fresh air intake will reduce the overall hvac plant capacity sizes:

1. Chiller, cooling tower.
2. Condenser water and chilled water pumps.
3. Pipe sizes and insulation.
4. Electric / stream duct heaters.

Reduction in operating costreduction in fresh air intake will reduce the cooling load. reduction in hvac capacity will result in the following:

1) reduction in energy consumption to run hvac system
2) reduction in water consumption to run hvac system
3) cost of maintenance (labour and material)

Research indicates that improvement in indoor air quality (iaq) :

  • increases productivity by 5-10 % & more.
  • reduces asthma by 8% - 25%.
  • reduces other respiratory illnesses by 23 % - 76 %.

Reduction in fresh air intake reduces hvac over all plant capacity & operating cost by 15- 20%result of achieving indoor air quality

Green building projects
indoor air quality is an important parameter for green building projects and we use ozone generator technology as the indoor air quality solutions for green solutions.

Sustainable building solutions
ozone generator used in the hvac systems will result in energy efficiency which is a sustainable building solutions.

Major impurities in indoor air environment are:volatile organic compound (voc)in indoor environment toxic gases are emitted from wide variety of sources:

  • building materials,
  • cleaners, plastics,
  • wood products,
  • paints, carpets,
  • polishers,
  • deodorants, etc.
  • Carbon - di – oxide - co2

in an indoor environment human being exhale carbon dioxide it cannot be reduced or oxidized. it is not a toxic or carcinogen but a high level of co2, causes:

  • headaches, restlessness,
  • difficulty breathing, sweating,
  • tiredness, increased heart rate,

OT & ICU Fumigation

OT & ICU Fumigation

Many hospitals around the world use large ozone generators to decontaminate operating rooms between surgeries. The rooms are cleaned and then sealed airtight before being filled with
ozone which effectively kills or neutralizes all remaining bacteria.

Fumigation is the process by which we can sterilize the enclosed area by injecting the chemical which will kill or destroy microbes present in the air. This process may be used in order to rid a home or other structure of insects such as termites or roaches, but it may also be used when products are being processed for export or import in order to rid the goods of exotic pests and organisms.

  • It is very important to maintain good indoor air quality (iaq) in operation rooms to ensure health and safety for the patient and surgical team. A significant consideration in operation theatres is the control of aerosols, anaesthesia gases and smoke. Aerosols are solid and liquid particles.

  • A significant consideration in operation theatres is the control of aerosols, anaesthesia gases and smoke. In operation theatres, however the main sources have an indoor origin are the patient, the surgical team and equipment. The anaesthesia gases dispersed in operation theatres are also considered as pollutants. The anaesthesia gases are dispersed in the environment through problems in the equipment and from the exhalations of the patient. Some gases used in the surgery. During surgery the highest concentration of gases is on the floor. However, with the movements of people these gases can be mixed with room air and inhaled by the surgical team.
the concentration of gases in the operation room is critical and needs to be controlled; otherwise the productivity and quality of the work of the surgical team can decrease, and in the medium and long term health problems may occur.
  • Halothane gas, for example, has a high toxicity and can affect the central nervous system. The gas concentration is controlled by the air change rate in the operation theatre by dilution to acceptable levels.
  • The smoke can be generated by laser or electro surgery unit. “research studies have confirmed that this smoke plume can contain toxic gases and vapours such as benzene, hydrogen cyanide, and formaldehyde, bioaerosols, dead and live cellular material (including blood fragments), and viruses. At high concentrations the smoke causes ocular and upper respiratory tract irritation in health care personnel, and creates visual problems for the surgeon.
  • In some critical situations the indoor air in operation room will be ultra-cleaned, for example, for orthopedic surgery, traumas, implants, burn patients, and other situations where the patient is immune compromised. Otherwise, when the surgery is septic, there should be also a higher control in the indoor environment, to protect the adjacent areas.
  • Controlled ozone is injected in the mainstream air in the return air duct. It is present in the indoor space at the times at low concentration. When it encounters chemical pollutants, it almost instantly oxidize them and keeps the indoor air free of chemical pollutants voc as interferes with metabolism of cell multiplication of fungi resulting in the reduction of fungi along which is responsible for vide range of indoor related allergies.
  • Use of ozone generator in operation theatre fumigation will reduce the electricity consumption & also no long hour sterilisation before and after operation.

Odor Removal

Odor Removal

Ozone Generator can help reducing odours in different kind of situations. It oxidizes and breaks down molecules that carry the odour in the first place, thus eradicating it.

We have addressed odour removal control issues in sectors like Hotels, Hospitals, Office Buildings, Refineries, Fire Stations, Warehouses, Factories, Schools, Cruise Ships, Military Vessels, Government Facilities, Restaurants, Bars, Lounges, and Casinos.

Key to the solution is every application has to be carefully analyzed and engineered. As every odour is in its own way unique and the Ozone Generator system needs to tailored to that to get a fully satisfactory result.

Some of our Odor Control Solutions are :

  • STP Odor Control
  • Kitchen Odor Control
  • Food Processing Odor Control
  • Fish Processing Odor Control
  • Paper Manufacrturing Odor Control
  • Hotel Lobby Odor Removal
  • Restaurant & Bar Odor Control
  • Hospital Odor Removal
  • Restroom Odor Control
  • Cigarette Odor Control
  • Fire Smoke Odor Removal
