Established in the year 1991, Cheran Group Of Companies is engaged in manufacturing and exporting a broad range of yarns that has varied industrial applications. Under the profound guidance of our mentors, we have been able to carve a niche in both domestic as well as international markets.

Our company specializes in the production of 100% viscose, cotton-linen, cotton-lycra, viscose-linen blended ring spun yarns and 100% viscose open-end yarns. With an increased production of yarns, we have attained an annual turnover of INR 90 crores.

Based in erode, we have an export house that export our yarn to various countries such as UK, Egypt, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Turkey, Italy, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Sri Lanka and many more. With decades of experience, we export around 550 tons of ring spun yarn and 300 tons of open–ended yarn to our customers every month.

We use numerous raw materials to manufacture our variety of products that involves wool, silk fibre, etc. Furthermore, we offer wellman fibre yarns, FORTEL, COMFORTEL, SENSURA, micro spun spunnare, core spun stretch yarn (dupont) blended with viscose, polyester and cotton, 100% Viscose open-end yarn and many more to our valued customers.


Customization
Our company provides customization by offering superior quality yarns to our esteemed customers as per their requirements as well as specifications. This customization facility on our wide range of products has enabled us to make a mark across the globe. Various parameters on which our yarns can be customized are as follows:

Furthermore, we offer customization on packaging of our array of qualitative yarns as per clients’ demands. We use corrugated boxes, cartons, sheets, plastic boxes and many more to bring high quality yarns to our customers safely.

Furthermore, we have a separate team of R&D that develops new products in order to meet ever changing demands of our esteemed customers. It is with the assistance of our manpower and sophisticated infrastructure that we have successfully attained a production capacity of 550 tonnes.


Infrastructure
We have a well equipped infrastructure that consists of manufacturing capacity of 36000 Spindles & 2000 Rotors. Furthermore, we invested in the latest machinery for its operations. Frequently the older machines are upgraded to newer machinery to enable the company to operate more efficiently.
