Our expeller is ideally suitable to extract and produce oil from any kind of oil seeds such as peanut / groundnut, sesame, copra, linseeds, sunflower, castor seed, cotton seed, palm kernel etc. Cooking oil machinery consists of oil expeller, cooking kettle, steam boiler, cracker for seed, filter press, accessories and spares.

The exceptionally sturdy construction of our expeller ensures a trouble free utilization also in case of longer operation and under tropical conditions. Design is such that the press is easy to handle and that nearly all oilseeds and nuts may be processed.

For operating our expeller especial training is not necessary as our expeller is very handy to use. We have fitted the high quality gears and bearings for smooth and noiseless running. Pinions are made from high grade forged steel.

In cooking kettle, you can cook the seeds properly. Cooking kettle material is also high grade quality of mild steel.

'Ajay' Oil Expellers are specially designed to ensure modern oil extraction and maximum percentage of oil extraction from all kinds of oil seeds like ground nut (pea nut), rape seed, copra (coco nut), sesame, cotton seed, mustard, jetropha, palm, sun flower, neem seed and other oil barring seed. Bodies of oil expellers are made of special grade close grained cast iron, to give sturdy foundation and durability to the machine. All the steel parts assembled in the chamber of expeller are properly tested/ case– hardened to give better and durable service, and the wear and tear is least due to pressure and friction. Fine quality, hobbling cut gears and pinions are fitted in expeller to give smooth and soundless function to the machine The 'Ajay' Oil Expellers are designed to meet the growing needs of small and medium scale oil mills in India and abroad.

'Ajay' Filter Press is used for all kind of filtration, clarification of liquids and collection of precipitates or solids.

The liquid to be filtered is pumped into the press and passing through the central hole, fills up all the chambers. The only outlet for the liquids is through the pores if the cloth and then through the outlet cocks provided in a trough and then collected in any tank one pressure gauge is installed in pumping line and when the pressure shows an increase without much discharge , it is indication that the press requires to be opened and cleaned.

We export seed dehuller and seed decorticators. Decorticator shells the ground nut in to husk and kernels, husks are thrown away by built in air blower and kernels are screened to separate split kernels from whole kernels.

Decorticator available for any type of nut and seed like Jetropa, Rice, Wheat , Sesame, and all type of food grains Capacity 50 kg to 1500 KGs per hour .

Manual (hand driven) and bigger capacity also available.

• Groundnut / Castor seed Decorticator shells the groundnut and separate out husks and kernels.
• Husks are thrown away by built in air blower and kernels are screened to separate split kernels from whole kernels.
• It runs by electric motor. 100 kg. groundnut gives about 73 kg kernels & 27 kg husks.
• Our groundnut decorticator works as a castor seed decorticator for getting inner kernel from whole castor seed by making some minor changes in the decorticator.

We offer baby steam boiler that are highly efficient and energy saving. Requiring no maintenance, these are easy to install, assemble and dismantle and posses following specifications:

• Boiler is vertical type boiler made of high quality tested material with compact design. Sturdy and robust construction to generate steam quickly and economically.
• Heat resisting cast iron furnace is provided with draft control arrangements for maximum utilization of fuels.
• Plunger pumps are available for feeding the boiler i.e. manually operated.
• Capacity of the boiler provide after knowing the capacity of expeller.
• Our boiler is ideal for oil mills, rice mills, rubber, industry, food preservation industries.
• Husks and any agriculture waste or wood can be used as fuel in the boiler.

Neutralizer Refinery manufactured by us is ideal for refining of various vegetable oil like castor & cottonseed oil. These are available in 1 to 5 Ton capacity and can be customized as per the capacity of the plant of our clients. Available in different sizes & constructions, our range is acknowledged for easy operations and low maintenance. Neutralizer is open on the top having conical bottom.
