Changeover Switch

We provide optimum quality of changeover switch for induction furnace. Our heavy duty changeover switch is manufactured of electrolytic grade copper, 999 grade silver and other perfect insulation material. When coil pot changesover at that time it requires only 5 minutes. Durable because of its 999 grade pure silver contact & the contact surface area is 200mm length and 8mm width & 1mm thick.

Our drilling size capacity- Dia 150mm & 100mm deep through hole.

Water Cooled Cable For Induction Furnace

We have designed to minimize electrical losses due to overheating. We have manufactured using high conductivity annealed copper conductor & neoprene hose.
Perfect design-Optimally designed high conductivity pure electrolytic annealed copper conductor as per current and voltage specifications and its arrangement for efficient cooling ensures-Less temp. rise in water from inlet to uotlet, less pressure drop between inlet and outlet. End terminal ensures minimum contact resistance at the crimping place. Tin plated end terminal gives excellent surface finish to it and thus minimize the contact resistance between bus bar and flat portion of the lug. Good quality carbon free neoprene rubber hose (Asbestos Braided).
