Atmosphere inlet air is filtered by means of micro filter to prevent any fine dust to pass through the product. Digital Temperature controller and indicator are provided with the unit to indicate the inlet and outlet air temperature. Digital timer will be provided to control the cycle time. Air dampers are provided to control the inlet and outlet flow. An explosion safety flap of adequate capacity at the rear of dryer and an earthing point to prevent electric charging the machine is also provided.
Batch Size: Weight of material to be loaded per batch, depends upon the bulk density of wet material.
