We offer a range of image analysis system for study and documentation of microstructures using fast and automatic image processing techniques.
Image Capture and Printing - This system comprises of a microscope, a high-resolution CCD Camera, a scientific grade frame grabber card and Image Capturing and documentation software. This system enables the scientists to see the microstructure on the computer monitor thus enabling the metallurgist to discuss the microstructure with vendors/suppliers and also compare with standard microstructure charts. The features of our products are:

• Report generation in MS Word. A library of more than 100 microstructure and failure analysis photos etc. for comparison studies.
• 1x and 2x viewer utilities, to get the same image magnification on the monitor, same as that seen through the microscope. This enables the user to get a live image exactly at 100x on the monitor and compare it with a scanned photo / book etc.
• Easily Upgradeable to the MVIG 1005 / MVIG 2005

MVIG 1005 : Basic Image Analysis System - This system contains all the hardware and software of our Basic Image Analysis and documentation system.
MVIG 2005 : Customised Image Analysis System - The MVIG 2005 is the most widely used Image Analysis System in India. This system has all the features of the MVIG 1005 and many more.

We offer our range of retrofit kit for manual lathes that have longer life and are convenient to use. These kits enable the users to machine complex shapes. These kits are designed in a way that they can produce perfect duplicate parts.
Precision ball-screws on the X, Y and Z axes allow accurate conventional and climb milling
operations and precise circular and contour cuts without tedious setup of a rotary table.
Our range of these kits includes: servo motors, motor mounting plates with covers, ball-screws, pulleys, belts, limit switches and all mounting bolts.
Apart from these components, we also offer other various parts like a G-code generator software, graphical simulation software, the Chroma CNC 100 Plus motion controller and power drive electronics..

Due to our experience in the development of micro hardness testers, we have put forth a range of upgraded kit for existing imported micro hardness testers with motorized stage and imaging attachments. The different features of these kits are:

• Auto movement of Stage:- The motorized stage provides a very good positioning accuracy and repeatability.
• Auto Measure:- A CCD camera is used to transfer the image of the indentation from the MHT to the computer. The software is able to measure the diagonals very accurately.
• Comprehensive reporting:- A MS Word report is generated by the software, which contains the traverse information, along with respective hardnesses, hardness variation graph, and case depth calculation.

We can add either of the following:
a) A Motorized stage ( replace the existing stage ).
b) CCD camera, Frame grabber card, software to help automate the process of Micro Hardness testing.

a) Rhino – It is a very powerful 3D modeling and CAD package. We offer a wide range of Rhino that provides the tools to accurately model the designs ready for rendering, animation, drafting, engineering, analysis, and manufacturing. Rhino can create, edit, analyze, and translate curves, surfaces, and solids in Windows. There are no limits on complexity, degree, or size. Rhino also supports polygon meshes and point clouds. The special features of Rhino are:

• Uninhibited free-form 3-D modeling tools like those found only in products costing 20 to 50 times more. It is able to model any kind of shape.
• Accuracy needed to design, prototype, engineer, analyze, and manufacture anything from an airplane to jewelry.

b) Visual Mill - It is a very versatile CAM software that is ideal for mold, die and tooling, wood working rapid-prototyping and general machining markets.
VisualMill 5.0: - This product boasts of powerful toolpath generation strategies coupled with tools for efficiently controlling the cutting tool for detailed machining capabilities.
VisualMill Basic 5.0: - This is a general purpose machining program targeted at the general machinist. This product is ideal for the rapid-prototyping, hobby and educational markets. Packed with sufficiently powerful manufacturing methods, this easy to use package is not only effective but cost effective as well. Available file imports include: IGES, Rhino, Dxf, Dwg, STL, VRML, RAW, Point Cloud.
