Our sister concern ‘Dentamerica’ provides following limited warranty that applies only to the End User not to distributors/ transferees.

Machine:

• We warranty unit against defects in material/ workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase (This warranty does not apply to damages arising out of abuse, alteration or improper operation of the unit)
• We shall repair/ replace defective unit upon return of the unit together with evidence of purchase date to its authorized dealer (Please contact local dealer for any operation assistance)
• Fiber Optic Probe, Piezo scaler tips, Dental Materials, Instruments & Consumables are excluded from warranty

What the warranty does not cover:

• Products on which serial number has been defaced modified/ removed
• Products not purchased from Dentamerica authorized distributors
• Any damage to products due to accident, abuse, neglect, misuse, fire, water/liquids, lightning, or other acts of nature
• Unauthorized product modification/failure to follow instructions supplied with the products
• Repair/ attempted repair by anyone not from Dentamerica authorized dealers
• Any damage of products due to shipment
• Removal/ installation of products
• Damage due to external causes like electric power failure
• Use of any supply/ part that does not conform to specifications of Dentamerica
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to keep products properly maintained/ exposing products to an excessive amount of dust and/or humidity
