About Us

Founded by Mr. I. R. Kapoor (an ex IAF Officer) in 1958, it started as an electroplating unit in Dadar.
In 1960 the factory was shifted to Andheri where it diversified into sheet metal components for the automobile industry.

Specialize in sheet metal stampings, deep draw and fabrications catering to the automobile and off-road vehicle sector including Safety related parts and are OEM to leading MNC’s and domestic manufacturers.

A well qualified team of technocrats and directors, Mr. Sanjay Kapoor and M.D. Uday Kapoor, manage its day to day affairs and create a vision for the future.

We have set up a new unit in Sanaswadi, Pune, where we have established a state of the art factory with a Press shop and a Fabrication shop, including in-house Laser cutting, CNC pipe bending and Robotic welding.
